We have no minimum guest requirement, but we typically cap our events at around 150 guests. If your event is expected to have more than 150 guests, please fill out the quote form or email us at hello@booksoloslice.com. We may still be able to accommodate larger groups.

Yes, that's correct! While we certainly won't refuse your generosity, we do discourage tipping. Tipping culture has gone out of control, and we want to remove the awkwardness around it. Our goal is to make your experience seamless, without the need for extra payments. At the end of each SoloSlice service, we will simply thank you for your business, period!

If you are 100% satisfied with the pizza experience after we’ve prepared the first 5 pizzas for your guests, we’ll discontinue the service and offer a full refund.

We want to ensure you and your guests are delighted with our pizza, and we’ll work with you to ensure your satisfaction before we leave the event.

However, if there is any misuse of this policy (such as asking for a refund without cause or after services have been fully rendered), we reserve the right to deny the refund.

Yes! SoloSlice offers pizza catering throughout the Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill Triangle and beyond. We’re happy to travel to your event, here’s how our travel fees work:

• Local Events (within 15-20 miles): No additional charge.
• Outside the Triangle (over 20 miles): Travel fees are $1.50 per mile or a flat rate based on location.
• Longer distances (75+ miles): Custom fees apply based on travel time and distance.

These fees help cover fuel and travel time for your event. If you’re located farther out, get in touch or fill out a quote for a personalized quote.

At SoloSlice, we make your event hassle-free by providing the basic essentials needed for your pizza catering service. Here's what's included:

• Plates and Napkins: Eco-friendly, compostable options for your guests.
• Serving Utensils: Pizza cutters, tongs, and serving trays to ensure a smooth serving experience.

Of course! Here’s how it works:

1. We arrive 1-3 hours before your event to set up depending on the number of guests.
2. Our chef prepares pizzas fresh on-site.
3. Your pizza catering service lasts 2 hours, followed by a quick 10-30 minute clean-up.

Need more time? No problem! Just let us know, and we’ll adjust the quote to meet your needs.

While we don’t offer gluten-free or vegan pizzas at this time, we specialize in classic gourmet Neapolitan pizzas made with the finest local and Italian ingredients. That being said, we may be able to accommodate custom toppings, so please feel free to ask, and we’ll do our best to create the perfect pizzas for your event.

To secure your booking, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit once services are agreed upon via email. If you need to cancel, you can do so without penalty up to 30 days before your event. After that, the deposit is non-refundable.
